Welcome to Vibpost ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Service Description

Vibpost is an AI-powered marketing assistant designed for local businesses, offering the following core features:

  • AI Review Generation: Customers scan a QR code to quickly generate Google review content with AI assistance.
  • Social Media Content Generation: AI automatically generates promotional copy for various social media platforms based on customer experiences.
  • Video Script Generation: AI-assisted generation of short video creation scripts.
  • Store Management: Merchants can create and manage store information, generate QR codes, and view analytics.
  • Membership Services: Various subscription tiers and credit purchase options.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You may register and log in using a Google account or email verification code.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each account is for individual use only and may not be transferred, lent, or shared with others.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account upon discovering violations.

3. User Content

3.1 Your Content

Content you submit while using the platform (including but not limited to store information, experience descriptions, uploaded images, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

3.2 AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated reviews, copy, scripts, and other content are provided for reference only. Users should review all content before publishing to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
  • You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated content and any consequences thereof.
  • AI-generated content does not represent the views or positions of Vibpost.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to:

  • Generate false or misleading reviews.
  • Publish content that violates any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or other malicious behavior.
  • Reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or perform other unauthorized technical operations on the platform.
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures of the platform.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans

  • We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans (monthly/yearly). Specific benefits are as displayed on the pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions take effect from the purchase date and automatically renew at the selected interval unless you cancel before renewal.

4.2 Credit Purchases

  • Credits are one-time purchases used to access specific features. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Unused credits do not expire, but will be forfeited upon account termination.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Subscription plans may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been extensively used.
  • Credit purchases are non-refundable.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust service pricing but will notify you in advance via email or platform announcement. Price changes will not affect your benefits within the current paid billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The design, code, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property of the Vibpost platform are owned by Vibpost Inc.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our intellectual property without written authorization.
  • Content generated through AI features may be freely used by you, provided it does not violate third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Vibpost provides its services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or inappropriate material. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI outputs.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
  • We are not responsible for policy changes by third-party platforms (such as Google, social media, etc.) that may affect your use of related features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vibpost's total liability for any losses arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you have actually paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible.
  • You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
  • If you violate these terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

9. Referral and Invitation Program

  • Vibpost offers an invitation rewards program where you can earn membership trial cards or cash commissions by inviting friends to register.
  • Obtaining rewards through fake accounts, registering multiple accounts, or other fraudulent means is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke rewards and terminate related accounts if such behavior is detected.
  • Commission amounts and rules are subject to change. The latest platform announcements shall prevail.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of California.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on the platform, and significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
